Balitanaw Coconut

Our black rice ice cream is back! Now owning its real name, Balitanaw. Quite a mouthful to say, but we believe there's value in making the local name familiar to more people! 
As an agricultural country, we have so many rice varieties! We used Balitanaw, which is an endangered heirloom black rice variety from the Cordilleras. 
This new and improved version is soaked and toasted before slowly cooking in coconut milk and then made into this ice cream! It's an experience you wouldn't want to miss! ✨️
